"Moreover, in my opinion Alexander's love of the art of healing was inculcated in him by Aristotle preeminently. For he was not only fond of the theory of medicine, but actually came to the aid of his friends when they were sick, and prescribed for them certain treatments and regimens, as one can gather from his letters. He was also by nature a lover of learning and a lover of reading. Aristotle he admired at the first, and loved him, as he himself used to say, more than he did his father, for that the one had given him life, but the other had taught him a noble life."

Goddess of Nature, Wild animals and Hunting

The myth of Artemis focuses on a goddess who's rather different from the others. She didn't get involved in anyone's love affairs, nor did she allow humans or gods to get close to her.
Her life consisted of walking freely in the woods, in the company of animals.
When the goddess was just three years old, she asked her father, Zeus, to grant her nine wishes.
She asked him to:
• Always remain a virgin.
• Have many names.
• Be the “Giver of Light”.
• Have a bow and arrows.
• Have a tunic down to her knees.
• A choir of sixty daughters of Ocean, all of them nine years old.
• Have 20 nymphs as maidens to take care of her.
• Rule over the mountains.
• Be able to help women in the pains
of childbirth.
All these wishes were granted and Artemis spent her childhood learning the art of hunting and preparing herself to live in the forests.
She became very protective of her domain and implacable with those who entered her land or dared to dispute her virtues.

In Greek Mythology, Echo ( Ἠχώ) was a mountain nymph, known for her melodic voice. Zeus loved consorting with beautiful nymphs and often visited them on Earth. Eventually, Zeus's wife, Hera, became suspicious, and came from Mount Olympus in an attempt to catch Zeus with the nymphs. Echo, by trying to protect Zeus distracted Hera with long conversations and prevented her from discovering the love affairs of Zeus. Hera decided to curse her so that she had no longer a voice of her own and was only able to repeat the last words of others. When Echo met Narcissus and fell in love with him, she was unable to tell him how she felt and was forced to watch him as he fell in love with himself.
