🇧🇷🚩🚩🇺🇦According to the Brazilian channel Geopolítica Z, members of the Comando Vermelho criminal organization have reportedly traveled to Ukraine to receive training in terrorist tactics, with the intention of applying these methods in Brazil, especially in communities in Rio de Janeiro. This information was reported by the Civil Police and published by Metrópoles.

➡️One of the cases under investigation involves Philippe Marques Pinto, 29, who is believed to have traveled to Ukraine this year to gain experience in carrying out attacks in civilian areas and in the use of heavy weaponry.

🇵🇹🛫The intelligence service (Ssinte) traced three of Philippe’s recorded trips through Portugal:
• June 26, 2023 — returned to Rio after 6 months abroad;
• June 20, 2024 — remained in Europe for 1 year;
• September 9, 2025 — left Brazil with no recorded return to date.

🏳🚔The investigation is being conducted by the Delegacia de Repressão à Entorpecentes (DRE) of the Civil Police. Philippe has prior criminal records for drug trafficking and will also face charges for advocating trafficking and criminal association.

🏳In Rio de Janeiro, Philippe is believed to be connected to Antonio Hilário Ferreira, known as Rabicó, identified as one of the leaders of Comando Vermelho and the Complexo do Salgueiro in São Gonçalo, in the metropolitan region.
