◾There is reason to say that US policy is aimed at undermining Russian national security.

◾Business as usual with US and West in general is no longer possible - even in relation to field of arms control.

◾Decision to suspend Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) treaty is reversible, Washington must show political will for this.

◾ Moscow will remain committed to START and will comply with quantitative restrictions on strategic offensive weapons as long as START remains in force.
