◾️ Russian Federation has a proven track record in the field of nuclear deterrence. Russia can use its own means to monitor US compliance with START provisions;

◾️ Russia will continue to adhere to START, this is enough to maintain strategic stability at this stage;

◾️ Russia can no longer neglect the potential of France and Britain, their weapons, together with the United States. They represent a single 'fist' against Moscow;

◾️ No contact of the Russian Federation with the USA, Great Britain and France on the situation around START are planned;

◾️ United States wants Russia to be defeated; in which case Russia will defend itself with any weapon - the world is on the verge of a global conflict.

◾️ It is possible that the United States itself will withdraw from START.
