Bolton claims Biden’s in turmoil - he wants Russia to lose, but seems afraid of Ukraine actually winning, and that needs to change if conflict is to be promptly and victoriously won (by US Ukraine of course).

More guns, tanks and planes for Kiev won't work if regime doesn't have any more troops to man them though. 🤷
