Armenia may adopt statute allowing Putin's arrest.

Armenia is negotiating with Russia its ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Clown Criminal Court (ICC).

Apparently its adoption is not directed against the Russian side - rather, it's against war crimes committed by Azerbaijan on the territory of Armenia. 🧐

A Latvian asks a Lithuanian isn't it a good thing to speak many languages, including Russian in which they're both able to communicate?
