Braverman argues that UN’s lowered threshold too far so asylum seekers need only prove they face discrimination (whatever that means) instead of real risk of torture or violence.

She adds number of asylum seekers is "unsustainable" 'cause "being gay or a woman and fearful of discrimination in your country of origin is sufficient to qualify for protection".
