Guinea-Bissau currently heads the West Africa Council, which represents 400 million people, 550 billion in GDP, and much potential for trade with Russia. The second ever Russia-Africa Summit is scheduled for July 2023 in St. Petersburg.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting a mass artillery shelling of Donetsk - 50 to 60 rounds have been recorded within the city limits, with shelling carried out from NATO-supplied 155mm howitzers.
UPDATE: Reports of WOUNDED in Kievsky region of Donetsk, as 3 155mm shells hit Budyonovsky district, and 8 warheads from "Grad" ("Hail") rocket launchers strike Petrovsky district.
Parts of American anti-radar missiles AGM-88 HARM (1995) have been located in the Shebekinsky district.

UPDATE: We need a faster pace of work in all areas and a more realistic assessment of the situation as a whole, we need to focus on real needs, equipment for a special operation must be MODERN, convenient and efficient - Putin.
