In Iran - protests are happening.

Across several cities and most importantly, the capital city Teheran - the people of Iran have started protesting against the government.

Chants can be heard calling for the death of Khameini and the end of the regime.
The root cause of these protests is the failure of the Iranian government to provide basic services.

The infrastructure of Iran is rotting - water is scarce and electricity supply has strongly decreased.

What can be observed is that Iran has deployed its IRGC forces in preparation to crush the protests, should they escalate (!!)

It is important to understand that these are on its first day and such protests have happened before - I do not share the sentiment that this is has the potential to bring a regime-change or become a revolution.

I say this because every time protests are happening, observers immediately jump to the conclusion that this is the beginning of the end of the Iranian regime.
It’s discouraging and has the opposite effect.

It is also very odd to see *monarchists* (supporters of Reza) trying to establish hegemony over the reports of the protests - they have even falsely claimed that the protesters are chanting for the return of Reza; which isn’t true.

The next few days will determine whether or not these protests have the potential to grow into a proper movement.
The regime is strong, it’ll need more to bring it down.

The siege by the Damascus government is intensifying!

13 schools were closed in Sheikh Maksud and Ashrafiya due to the embargo, which resulted in a fuel shortage.
There are 13 schools in Sheikh Maksud and Ashrafiya. 3 of them belong to the Autonomous Administration and 10 are jointly run by the transitional government and the Education and Training Committee. Around 25,000 students study in these schools at primary, secondary and preparatory levels.

A suicide drone from Damascus government factions targeted a civilian “Tirks” vehicle today while it was operating at a quarry on Castello Road near Al-Sheqif neighborhood in Aleppo, causing minor damage without any injuries.

The attack reflects the ongoing targeting of civilians, blatant violations of humanitarian law, and the suffocating siege on Kurdish neighborhoods.

SDF: Our forces respond firmly to suicide drone attacks in the vicinity of Tishrin Dam

In a dangerous escalation and continuation of the policy of destabilizing security and stability, the "Sultan Murad," "Sultan Suleiman Shah/al-Amshat," and "Hamzat" factions affiliated with the Ministry of Defense in the Damascus government carried out, at exactly 11:00 AM on Tuesday, an attack targeting the residential area around Tishrin Dam using two suicide drones, without resulting in any injuries among our forces.

At exactly 4:00 PM on the same day, the same factions renewed their attacks, targeting the Siriatel Hill in the vicinity of Tishrin Dam with two additional suicide drones, again without any injuries.

In the face of this repeated aggression, our forces carried out a legitimate and direct response against the launch sources of the suicide drones, targeting a "Toyota" military vehicle as well as a military point belonging to those factions, inflicting confirmed casualties among their ranks.
