Shortly after the US forces were ambushed in Palmyra, Syria today - resulting in 2 dead US soldiers, 1 dead interpreter and 3 wounded soldiers, I’ve stated that I’m withholding sharing my information until there are statements from the authorities.

The perpetrator of the attack was an official of the Syrian Transitional Government under Jolani (Ahmad al Sharaa) - he was a delegate of Abu Jaber (Sufyan), who’s in charge of the security and stability of the Syrian Desert.
The STG will deny all ties to the delegate (attacker) but do not be under the impression that a regular foot soldier is allowed to be in close proximity to high ranking delegations.

On the map, I’ve marked the general area where the incident happened.

US forces and the Syrian government held a high level meeting to discuss the issue of ISIS cells in the region - during the meeting, the attacker (who was part of the meeting) started to open fire on US soldiers. STG soldiers then first opened fire on the attacker, after which clashes erupted that were quickly over when the attacker was killed.

The attacker was a member of the Syrian government under Jolani and he was recently recruited into his position as an aide to Abu Jaber - Abu Jaber is very close to Jolani.

This is a nightmare scenario for the STG under Jolani - a scenario that we have precisely predicted and warned of many months ago.

The one who blew himself up is named Mahmoud Al-Hussein, from the countryside of Idlib, and he was the general security officer for Jabir Abu Sufyan, who is also the regional responsible.

Initially, he detonated his bomb and then fired bullets; additionally, officials from the American delegation shot at him, and along with that, another member of the Security Apparatus was killed.

Jabir Abu Sufyan al-Shami, from the countryside of Idlib in the Mardabsa area, his real name is Mohammed Sheikh Qasim; in 2012, he joined Jabhat al-Nusra, was one of the security officials, and at the same time responsible for investigations and the prison department; later, he became an Emir in Jabhat al-Nusra in Daraa province before they controlled the area.

The US military is angry - US jets are again flying over Palmyra in Syria.

Unconfirmed reports claim that airstrikes were conducted in the desert - however their reports might be based on misinterpreting the echoes of jet noises.

Meanwhile, US politicians are throwing out the usual rhetoric - far more committed to prevent any doubts about the Jolani-US friendship, after an aide to a Syrian Government Official from Jolanis inner circle killed US soldiers.

Has also an interesting touch to it when you consider that the Syrian and Turkish Governments with aide from US politicians have spend the last 9 months claiming that Jolani and his army of definitely-not-ISIS was in full and firm control over all of Syria and that only the territory held by the SDF was missing - therefore the SDF has to dissolve.
Now these people are claiming that Jolani is not actually in control of all of Syria, trying to save his sinking ship..

The Syrian Government is trying to evade responsibility and therefore the incentive to reform by pumping out lies in an effort to create false narratives.

First the Syrian ministry of Interior denied that the attacker was a member of the Syrian Government - then, in an interview on television the MoI admitted that he was indeed a member of the Syrian Government but that the STG wanted to fire him yesterday, but didn’t because of the weekend.

Meanwhile the US Center of counter terrorism declared this attack to be an *insider* attack which highlights and confirms that the attacker was a member of the Syrian Government.

🚨Armed Attack in Sydney and the BackgroundAn armed attack occurred on people celebrating at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia.
At least 5 people were killed and 12 were injured.
Multiple attackers were captured by the public and police.
