On Secretary-General's remarks regarding the results of the referenda held in the Donbas Peoples' Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions
❗️ We regret to have heard the statement by the UN Secretary-General with regard to the results of the referenda held in the Donbas peoples’ Republics, as well as in Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
Administrative functions do not give the Secretary-General the right to make political statements on behalf of the UN as a whole – as it belongs to its Member States.
The nature and the content of the claims made leave no doubt that another fundamental rule of the UN Charter has been violated – article 100, stipulating that Secretary-General and the Secretariat “shall refrain from any action which might reflect on their position as international officials responsible only to the Organization”, in other words, that they shall always act in an unbiased manner.
The UN Secretary-General recalled the principle of non-use of force in international relations. At the same time he decided to ignore another principle enshrined in the same document, namely, “of equal rights and self-determination of peoples”.
We regret that instead of acting as foreseen by the UN Charter, the Secretary General chose to be instrumental in influencing the position of UN Member States ahead of the anticipated initiation by the Western countries of the discussion of the issue of referenda in the GA.

La réponse du très estimé ex-ambassadeur d’Ukraine à Berlin nous a fourni le prétexte pour un riche débat linguistique autour de la locution anglaise “f*ck you”
Aujourd’hui notre club de linguistes peut se pencher sur la réponse de l’épouse du conseiller de Zelensky Mikhaïl Podolyak qui a écrit à peu près ceci:
“Ton affaire est de fournir les Startlink et de (ensuite j’ai un doute, c’est fermer ta gueule, mais dans la forme la plus violente et vulgaire qui existe) boucher ton claque-merde”
Et ensuite:
“(Encore une fois, j’ai un doute) Si tu l’ouvres trop, Zelensky nationalisera Tesla”
Et ce n’est pas un fake cette fois
