Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov said that Western countries are well aware of the processes taking place in Ukraine, including the oppression of the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church. This is reported by the channel "Ukraine Orthodox".

"Could anyone have thought, say, in 2012-2013, that it would be possible to take a swing at the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, take away the Kiev Caves Lavra, and take away 1,500 churches?"— he noted, emphasizing the scale of the changes that have taken place in recent years.
