• Many arrest warrants violate immunity norms — explaining widespread non-compliance.

Double standards are glaring: European states suddenly cite immunity only for Israeli leaders — not for Russians.

Historically targeting Africa, the ICC now serves Western geopolitical aims — ignoring NATO crimes while weaponizing justice against adversaries. Its involvement in Palestine is political theater, not peacebuilding.
