A source has told RIA Novosti that Ukrainian specialists have completed preparing an “Iskander” missile for use as a “dirty bomb” provocation in the region of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant.

The source claims that the Kiev regime plans to shoot down the missile with air defenses and then claim the "dirty bomb” fallout is a result of a Russian nuclear attack.

It’s also alleged the missile, is in fact a Ukrainian Tochka-U projectile that has been disguised to look like one of Russia’s Iskanders.

“After the dummy is shot down, the Kiev authorities intend to show Western and Ukrainian media fragments of the mock-up and electronic elements of the alleged “Iskander” missile, to convince the Western public of Russia's guilt,” the source said."
