💬 What we want to discuss today has to do with the risks that some member states pose to the integrity of the UN Charter.
👉 I refer to the recorded attempts by the United States, Great Britain, and France who have been joined by Germany, to articulate a direct individual instruction to the UN Secretariat in violation of Article 100 of the Charter.
⚠️ Steps of the Western delegations who insist that the Secretariat must “investigate” the issue of drones, create a very dangerous precedent in the work of the United Nations. From the legal perspective, they are trying to expand the authorities of the Secretariat by assigning to it new uncharacteristic functions by infringing on the prerogatives of the Security Council.
❗️ We call on UNSC members to protect the Charter, condemn the steps of Western delegations that clearly undermine it.

Le discours politique intérieur russe concernant l’Ukraine évolue au fur et à mesure de l’implication croissante des pays de l’OTAN dans ce conflit. La mise au service institutionnelle, économique et humaine de l’Ukraine conduit Volodine, le président de la Douma à déclarer la perte de l’étaticité par l’Ukraine. Le Pentagone déclare à chaque conférence de presse ne pas constater de signes, pouvant laisser entendre que la Russie serait prête à utiliser des armes nucléaires dans le conflit en Ukraine … et donc les Etats-Unis avancent à décembre la livraison en Europe, dans les bases de l’OTAN, de nouvelles bombes nucléaires, pouvant être utilisées lors d’un conflit, pour faire face à la menace russe, qu’ils viennent de reconnaître comme inexistante. Et pendant ce temps-là, les pantins européens continuent à applaudir, alors que leur enterrement politique a déjà eu lieu et qu’ils entraînent nos pays dans leur chute sans fin.

It was extremely unexpected to read this in a Western newspaper, but the Washington Post writes about a huge number of Ukrainian citizens who want to travel to Russia - to the Zaporozhye region, to Kherson.
They have relatives there, many have children. At first they fled to the West, but now they have decided to return. Only the Kiev regime does not release them. Especially men. People huddle in basements and shelters. The authorities have organized a waiting queue for departure, but it is so long that no one has any hope of getting permission to leave.

🌐 Soon enough it is probable that most countries, however reluctantly, may have to choose which of the two incompatible financial systems they want to align with.
And one of them is already obsolete 💡
It is accepted that changing a deeply entrenched complex system is virtually impossible. The Western neo-liberal economic model is a prime example of this, even as it fails it is incapable of adjusting to that reality. It is a system that is driven by avarice to the exclusion of all other considerations, there is no delayed gratification, returns must be immediate, for patience is not hailed as a virtue in this system. The system has always been kind to those that created it for their own benefit. For a short time, it provided for a comfortable Western middle class. But it has always been cruel and brutal to those in the “lesser” nations of the Global South.
The system had power, military power which was uncontested until comparatively recently. The military was there to ensure that nations stayed in the dollar-dominated neo-liberal model. Even when a country tried to liberate itself from the Empire model, it had nowhere else to go. There was no alternative to the international financial and banking system. Until now.
