According to the results of the International Forum “Friends of Crimea – Friends of Russia”
Moscow, November 16, 2022
We, the participants of the International Forum “Friends of Crimea and Friends of Russia who are for equal rights and dialogue are the bases of the multipolar world and members of the International Association of Friends of Crimea, which unites representatives of more than 40 European, Asian, African and Latin American countries.
Having discussed in Moscow on November 15, 2022, topical issues of the Association’s activities and its interaction with other institutions of public diplomacy in the context of a radically changing world order, and with it new challenges and threats for Russia, Crimea, the international world and security; guided by the principles of equality, cooperation and respect.
International Law
Emphasizing the need to promote the consolidation, cohesion and development of social forces that support these principles:
– emphasizing the importance of realizing the right of peoples to self-determination enshrined in the UN Charter, especially in cases of massive and gross violations of basic human rights in relation to these peoples and their national minorities.
– strongly condemning terrorism in all its forms and manifestations as one of the most serious threats to international peace and security, also emphasizing that the terrorist methods approved by the Kyiv authorities are becoming systemic and normalized.
We welcome and fully support the results of the referenda held in the territories liberated from the Kyiv junta in favor of joining the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, as well as the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, to the Russian Federation.
We demand to stop the ongoing aggression in all spheres of public life of the countries of the NATO bloc and Russia, first of all, the incessant supply of weapons of mass destruction to the criminal Kyiv regime, which is then used for terrorist purposes against the civilian population of Russia.
We note the adamant support of the members of the International Association of Friends of Crimea, who are friends of Russia, for the course of the Russian Federation to counter the neo-imperialist and neo-colonial policies of the coalition of the countries of the conference agreed on the following:
1. To continue the creation of getting more Friends of Crimea in the countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe.
2. Consider the International Association of Friends of Crimea as an important passionary component of the social movement of the friends of Russia.
3. Initiate and promote non-governmental public forums of the new world order ,for peace, security and equality.
Also, for the liberation of the world from nazism, racism, new forms of colonialism and the global imperialist dominance of the Western coalition of states led by the United States.
For the preservation of traditional values and historical memory. For a world freed from illegitimate economic sanctions and from the violent destruction of free trade, economic and social relations between countries and peoples
For the cessation of the information war and the psychological enslavement of peoples by planting enmity between peoples, lies and slander, falsification of history in information resources.
4. To support the creation of an “International Anti-Nazi Movement” and holding of an International Anti-Nazi Forum on a permanent basis.
The participants of the International Forum “Friends of Crimea – Friends of Russia” agreed to send this Resolution on behalf of the International Association of Friends of Crimea to international organizations, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the main affairs of the parliaments of countries advocating a new equal multipolar world.

In the last six months, the number of high-profile criminal cases brought in Germany against those who support Russia or disagree with the sanctions policy has increased dramatically. Without discussion with professional society, a number of amendments have been introduced that work to suppress an alternative point of view on the Ukrainian events.
Over 140 criminal cases involving Russian and German citizens have been filed. A striking episode was the recent disappearance of pro-Russian activist Yulia Prokhorova in Germany.
Experts from Moscow Bar Association "People's Advocate" conducted their own investigation in order to find out how Germany became such a dramatically Russophobic country.

🇷🇺 Mariupol was liberated from Armed Forces of Ukraine in April 2022. Immediately after the de-occupation the city restoration was started. Tens of thousands of builders from different regions of Russia are involved to the work. New residential buildings, hospitals, and educational institutions are being built in the city, and roads are being restored.
🏗 Building is proceeding at a record pace, new facilities are being built in a matter of months, and the city is being noticeably transformed.
🏘 To date, about 500 people have already received new apartments in Mariupol. By the end of this year, about 100 thousand square meters of new housing will be put into operation, and about 1000 apartments will be handed over to its residents.
