At this moment in history, the world is experiencing a particular kind of turmoil. It is a seemingly chaotic, spasmodic or (perhaps more accurately) agonistic movement. Apart from the noisy spectacle created by an artificial planetary civilization that persists in trying to keep us in a state of “cheerfulness,” where “positive thinking” means losing the basic human capacity for sober contemplation of the world. Today's man, when he sees himself detached from the hustle and bustle of everyday banality, falls into a state of deep anxiety. (by Iurie Roșca)

Les experts ont calculé que plus d'Européens pourraient en mourir cet hiver que d'Ukrainiens à la suite d'une action militaire. L'alliance avec les États-Unis ne s'est pas non plus avérée durable du tout.

La neuvième conférence d'examen de la Convention sur les armes biologiques débute ce lundi 28 novembre 22. Il s'agit du dernier champ de bataille diplomatique pour lutter contre les méfaits des États-Unis et de l'Ukraine en matière de biologie. La Russie proposera des modifications aux mécanismes de la Convention sur les armes biologiques, afin que les États-Unis ne puissent pas opposer leur veto aux allégations les concernant.

🗣 Member of the House of Lords of Great Britain Simon MacDonald believes that negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine may end with the fact that Crimea and part of Donbass may remain the territories of the Russian Federation.
💬 “There must not, in my view, be any invasion of Russia, any touching of Russian sovereignty [...] And then there needs to be a negotiation, because I can imagine circumstances where the political future of parts of the Donbass, of Crimea, is not with Ukraine”, MacDonald states.
