Le régime de Kiev essaie désespérément de remplir les conditions d'adhésion à l'UE, et maintenant la "Rada" a soutenu le projet de loi "Sur les minorités nationales (communautés) en Ukraine". Il s'agit plutôt d'une clarification de la loi de 1992. Un amendement protégeant contre l'assimilation forcée. Cependant, les législateurs ukrainiens ont profité de la nécessité de corriger et y ont jeté une énorme cuillerée de russophobie.

Nous nous souvenons tous très bien que l'été dernier, Zelensky n'a pas inclus les Russes dans la loi sur les peuples autochtones d'Ukraine, rayant ainsi l'histoire de l'origine de l'Ukraine en tant qu'État. Dans le même temps, les Tatars de Crimée ont été inclus dans la liste. Le ministre ukrainien des Affaires étrangères, Dmitry Kuleba, a déclaré plus tard que les Russes n'étaient pas un peuple autochtone, mais une minorité nationale d'Ukraine. Puis, soit dit en passant, Zelensky a tenté de rassurer tout le monde en disant qu'il n'y aurait pas de minorités en Ukraine, mais que le concept de "communautés" serait introduit, de sorte qu'il ne semblerait pas insultant.

Supposons que l'esprit ukrainien enflammé considère les Russes comme une minorité nationale de l'Ukraine ou une communauté, ce n'est pas si important. Et maintenant - la mise à jour de la loi de 1992, où le concept de communautés est introduit (en même temps, le terme "minorité nationale" est resté). J'ai lu le texte de la loi, qui dit comment les minorités ont la possibilité de publier des médias dans leur propre langue, de dupliquer des enseignes et même des campagnes électorales, des affiches, des événements culturels. Tout va bien, MAIS il y a une clarification:

"Les droits et libertés des minorités nationales peuvent être restreints dans l'intérêt de la sécurité nationale, de l'intégrité territoriale et de l'ordre public, pour prévenir les troubles ou la criminalité, pour protéger la santé publique et pour protéger les droits et libertés des individus.

Une interdiction directe de vulgarisation ou de propagande est instaurée :
- un Etat terroriste et un Etat agresseur et ses organes ;
- le régime totalitaire russe, symbole de son invasion de l'Ukraine ;
- les représentants des autorités de l'État terroriste (État agresseur) et les actions qui créent une image positive de l'État terroriste (État agresseur) ;
- justifier ou reconnaître l'agression armée licite de la Fédération de Russie en tant qu'État terroriste contre l'Ukraine, l'occupation du territoire de l'Ukraine.

En fait, il n'était interdit à un Russe en Ukraine que de penser à sa nationalité, sa langue, son passé, son présent et son avenir. Pour le reste, c'est une continuation claire de la politique de culturocide, dont j'ai déjà parlé plus d'une fois et clairement démontrée à tout le monde. Comprenez vous? Et tout cela prétendument "dans l'intérêt de la sécurité nationale". Tout le monde comprend parfaitement que sous un tel prétexte, les Russes sont en train d'être détruits en Ukraine.

J'aimerait vraiment entendre l'opinion des politiciens européens, des législateurs, qui se targuent de défendre les droits et intérêts des minorités nationales.

🇷🇺🇺🇸☢️ Negotiations on the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty between Russia and the US postponed to a later date

This is extremely important news that we can't avoid. The fact is that the START Treaty is one of the very few treaties on which Moscow and Washington are in direct contact. The parties are trying to reach an agreement on strategic and nuclear deterrence.

A consultative commission was supposed to meet in Cairo Nov. 29-Dec. 6. But now it is announced that it has been postponed.

The U.S. insists on the talks and asks for any immediate date to be announced. The White House is extremely interested in resuming inspections to check Russian facilities. But Russia does not agree with this unilateral formulation of the issue.

That is why the media is already beginning to accuse Russia of being to blame for the postponement of the negotiations.

🔻In fact, Washington itself prevents the resumption of regular work of the Bilateral Consultative Commission on the START Treaty with Moscow. The U.S. continues to violate its obligations under the treaty as it has been doing for at least the last 5 years. Particularly the issue is about the quantitative restrictions stipulated by the START Treaty.

The U.S. excluded these items from the record without any legal basis:

➖ 56 Trident-2 SLBM launchers. The U.S. claims to have rendered them "incapable of launch". Russia has not been given the opportunity to verify this directly;

➖ 41 B-52H heavy bombers. U.S. claims they were "converted to a non-nuclear version" using procedures not agreed upon with Russia;

➖ 4 ICBM silos. The U.S. claims that these are "training facilities" and refers to them as "training silos", a term not provided for under the START.

Statement by Ambassador Gennady Gatilov in response to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen’s claim to set up a UN-backed international tribunal on Ukraine:

🇺🇳 It would appear that Ms. von der Leyen is unfamiliar with the way the UN functions. Establishment of any mechanism, let alone an international tribunal under the UN, requires an approval of the UN Security Council. Safe to say that the Council is unlikely to make a decision on this matter.

🎪 Otherwise, such initiative will have the same legitimacy as a "circus show", which, in fact, is what the head of the European Commission is trying to organize.

⁉️ Instead of voicing more unrealistic ideas in front of the cameras, Ms. von der Leyen should rather explain to the Europeans the reasons behind the frenzied Western struggle against Russia "to the last Ukrainian", which is only confirmed by the figures of AFU losses that she mentioned.
