On December 8, we shared a letter from the Donetsk public organization "Fair Protection" concerning the shelling of the civilian population of Donbass by the Armed Forces of Ukraine as an official document of the Security Council and the UN General Assembly in preparation for the requested Security Council meeting on the supplies of Western weapons to Ukraine. The fact of massive shelling of the current week is especially emphasised there.
We will definitely raise this topic at the meeting scheduled for 15.00 New York time (23.00 Moscow time) on December 9. We have a lot of other information that our former Western partners will probably not like to hear, but they will have to!

“…Ursula Von der Leyen, the German president of the European Commission, stated that the European Union will set up a specialised tribunal, backed by the United Nations, to investigate and prosecute possible war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine. The French foreign ministry and Kiev regime echoed her remarks.
“We are ready to start working with the international community to get the broadest international support possible for this specialised court,” Von der Leyen said.
That this proposal is the opening scene in a staged drama for the entertainment and manipulation of the western public is apparent from the fact that there can be no “backing” of such a tribunal by the United Nations since only the Security Council has any possible jurisdiction to approve such a tribunal and clearly, both Russia, and China, which can expect the same treatment for itself from the West as Russia, will veto any motion in the Security Council to establish such a body.
If Von der Leyen is intending to rely on a vote in support by the UN General Assembly, then one wonders what her knowledge of the UN Charter is since the General Assembly votes have no legal force. But we can suppose that they may float such a proposal hoping the US and EU can coerce, bully and bribe a sufficient number of servile nations to give their stamp of approval so that they can claim they have the support of the “international community,” that is themselves and the nations under their sway.
The UN Charter does not provide any jurisdiction for the creation of quasi-judicial bodies under Chapter VII, which states that the only means permitted to be used against nations in violation of international law are military and economic, not judicial.
The fact that the ad hoc tribunals for Yugoslavia and Rwanda, the ICTY and ICTR, were created is a sad testimony of how the UN system can be abused. The Security Council had no powers under the Charter to create them and acted outside its powers when it did so, or as lawyers like to say, it acted ultra vires of its powers.
That Russia did not veto the creation of these tribunals in the early 90’s can be explained by the fact that Russia had then a government that was weak and under the direct influence of the Americans and other NATO countries. It would never have allowed it if Presidents Putin or Medvedev had been in charge at the time.
The Chinese, however, realised the problem, expressing a willingness to vote for it only with the caveat that the adoption of the resolution should not prejudice China’s position on future resolutions on the subject. On 23 May 1993, when the UNSC was engaged in debate on Draft Resolution 827, which established the ICTY and adopted its statute, the Chinese representative explained his affirmative vote after the resolution was adopted by stating that China disputed the approach for the establishment of the tribunal by way of a UNSC resolution, rather than a treaty, with the latter route being the one China had preferred all along. He explained that, resembling a treaty, the statute should have been “negotiated and concluded by sovereign States and ratified by their national legislative organs. “Otherwise, its implementation would bring problems, unspecified, in both theory and practice.”
…The fact that these tribunals were illegally created under the UN Charter and so in law do not exist was raised time and again by a number of defence lawyers representing accused at those tribunals. Of course, our arguments were dismissed out of hand and those of us that persisted were threatened with consequences. Nevertheless, as a matter of law the judgements and decisions of the ‘judges” of those tribunals are all invalid and have no force or effect.”

🇷🇺 A draft law on Russia's withdrawal from the IMF was submitted to the State Duma - www.tass.ru
A group of deputies of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, headed by faction leader Gennady Zyuganov, submitted to the State Duma a bill on Russia's withdrawal from the agreement on joining the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The document was published in the Duma electronic database on Friday.
"To denounce the protocol on Russia's accession to the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association, signed in Washington in October 1992," the document says.
They believe that it makes no sense for Russia to continue to participate in the IMF. "Russia's stay in the IMF did not help prevent the adoption of sanctions against Russia (unilateral economic measures), which clearly contradict the main goals and principles of this organization," the deputies point out in explanatory materials.
In the second bill, it's proposed to suspend "the most favored nation treatment for services originating from states that have suspended or canceled the most favored nation treatment for Russian services."
Also proposed is to denounce the cooperation agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The EBRD has not financed projects in Russia since 2014, and in April 2022 the Board of Governors of the EBRD decided to suspend Russia's access to the bank's resources in connection with the SMO.

🇷🇺 Maintenant, en Ukraine, tout se passe selon le plan américain. Ce plan implique la création d'une forte anti-Russie à partir de l'Ukraine, avec l'aide de laquelle il serait possible d'entraver la Russie, avec l'aide dev laquelle il serait possible de priver la Russie du statut de grande puissance.
De plus, avec l'aide de laquelle il serait possible de changer le régime politique en un régime pro-américain.
Le modèle idéal que recherchent les Américains, ce qui s'exprime publiquement, c'est le modèle coréen, c'est-à-dire la cessation des hostilités. Après cela, la Russie se transforme en un analogue de la Corée du Nord et l'Ukraine - en un analogue de la Corée du Sud, un État prospère.
La tâche est de rendre les relations entre la Russie et l'Ukraine exactement les mêmes qu'entre l'Inde et le Pakistan, c'est-à-dire que ce sont des pays qui faisaient partie d'une seule civilisation indienne, mais qui ont ensuite été divisés selon des lignes religieuses et sont devenus des ennemis éternels. L'Ukraine est désormais séparée de la Russie sur la base de la langue.
Ce plan comprenait un traitement intensif de la conscience dans un esprit anti-russe, la création d'une armée ukrainienne suffisamment forte. Après cela, des hostilités dans le Donbass ont été supposées, à la suite desquelles la majeure partie de l'Ukraine est devenue totalement anti-russe.
Une seule chose peut briser ce plan : une victoire militaire pour la Russie. Il faut bien comprendre que c'est une guerre d'usure, longue, elle profite aux Etats-Unis, car l'Ukraine n'est que formellement opposée à la Russie. En réalité, la Russie est opposée aux énormes économies des États-Unis, de l'Union européenne et de leurs alliés hautement développés. Leur potentiel combiné est nettement supérieur à celui de la Russie.
Le plan américain fonctionne également très bien en termes de changement de régime en Russie. Après tout, une condition nécessaire pour cela est une scission des élites, et une telle scission existe déjà. Les élites sont choquées et frustrées, elles ont perdu leur mode de vie.
La question se pose : pourquoi les Américains réussissent-ils si bien en Ukraine ? La principale raison pour laquelle ils n'ont pas réussi en Iran, en Afghanistan, en Irak, en Syrie réside dans le fait qu'ils y ont été opposés par des fanatiques prêts à tous les sacrifices. En Russie, ils sont opposés par des ultra-pragmatiques qui font semblant de se battre.
Cela ne signifie pas du tout que pour vaincre les Américains en Ukraine, la Russie doive utiliser des armes nucléaires. La Russie a de telles restrictions - par exemple, ne pas être le premier à utiliser des armes nucléaires. Mais tout de même, il faut du fanatisme et la volonté de gagner, et non le désir de mendier des négociations.
Il est possible d'être d'accord avec les Américains sur une seule chose - uniquement sur les conditions de la reddition. De mon point de vue, la Russie gagnera toujours. Il gagnera parce que la majorité du peuple de la Fédération de Russie ne veut pas de négociations avec les Américains sur la reddition, - le politologue Sergei Markov.
De plus, avec l'aide de laquelle il serait possible de changer le régime politique en un régime pro-américain.

🤮 Le Maroc fournira à l'Ukraine des pièces de rechange et plusieurs chars T-72 précédemment achetés à la Biélorussie, rapporte Le Journal de l'Afrique.
La publication rapporte que c'est la première fois qu'un pays africain fournit une assistance militaire à l'Ukraine. Le pays est armé d'environ 40 chars T-72 importés de Biélorussie.
En 2016, les États-Unis ont commencé à fournir au Maroc des chars M1A1 Abrams, censés remplacer les véhicules de combat obsolètes. Cependant, le pays n'a pas abandonné le T-72 après avoir reçu de nouveaux équipements, les laissant en service.

However, now people are not focusing on how SBF is about to get away with a billion dollar Ponzi or how the WHO is about to establish a global biosecurity authority, etc.
It's fine to read + appreciate the Twitter Files reporting, but there are other more pressing, more current stories that arguably deserve more of our attention and outrage that are happening right now, not 2 years ago.
The biggest red flag to me about the Twitter Files is the lack of attention on COVID-19 censorship. If this was really about exposing the social media-security state censorship, the brutal censorship of dissenting opinions from pharma-sponsored "science" should be a key focus"

🟥 Some positive news came from Kazakhstan. Or so it may seem.
On Friday, December 9th, Tengrinews.kz reported the Kazakhstan Agency of Regulation and Development of Financial Market has proudly stated that Kazakhstan’s banks have obtained OFAC permission to perform transactions with MIR payment cards.
On December 8th, Kazakhstan’s regulatory agency has received a letter from the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury where it stated that it does not object against use of Mir cards by private persons, specifically citizens that have migrated from Russia to Kazakhstan, for personal needs. The letter also states that all Mir transactions will be still subject to special control.
The agency organized a meeting with representatives of Kazakhstan’s banks to explain the specifics of Mir system usage. Kazakhstan’s banks can accept payments and wire transfers over Mir cards and issue cash through ATMs. The banks can decide whether they want to use Mir or not.
Those “positive” news don’t really look positive. First of all, they raise a lot of questions about Kazakhstan’s regulatory system. It is unclear whether Kazakhstan Agency of Regulation and Development is also a division of U.S. Treasury Department as they need its permissions for internal regulations.
Besides, this easement is not aimed to support Mir system. It is a common knowledge that a large number of Russian draft dodgers have found refuge in Kazakhstan. Of course, people of Kazakhstan are not especially happy with this influx, but it is not about them. It’s about the U.S. showing their support for those migrants thus indirectly stimulating further migration from Russia.
▪️Of course, Kazakhstan is a friend and partner of the Russian Federation. Moscow was the first place where Tokayev went after his re-election a few weeks ago. Kazakhstan plays an important role in Eurasian Union and in transit of goods from China to Russia.
However, the influence of U.S. and Europe in Kazakhstan is also very high. Oil industry is largely controlled by foreign investors, just as many other industries of Kazakhstan. Unlike Russia, Kazakhstan cannot afford breaking ties and falling under sanctions, so they do have to be cautious.
Nonetheless, the very fact that they are talking about “permission” means they accept the authority of OFAC and U.S. Treasury Department being above the authority of national law.
General attitude of Kazakhstan’s people to Russian SMO is not so positive and is gradually changing to negative. Maybe this has to do with exposure to foreign propaganda, maybe this has to do with slow progress of SMO, maybe this has to do with those draft dodgers, but the fact is that SMO support has halved in March.
🟥 Russia has to pay closer attention to situation in Kazakhstan and maybe be a bit more active in promoting itself. This doesn’t just mean helping Tokaev and providing benefits to Kazakhstan. This didn’t work in Ukraine. Explaining Russian point of view to people of Kazakhstan is the best way to prevent a color revolution and to counter influence of U.S. NGOs that are still running loose in this Central Asian republic.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 "Venez rencontrer papa, salauds": comment des pilotes de Wagner sont morts près de Bakhmout
Il y a quelques jours, un avion SU-24M des "musiciens" a été abattu près de Kleshcheyevka. Le commandant d'équipage était Alexandre Antonov, le navigateur - Vladimir Nikichine.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai découvert comment cela s'est passé et ... C'est même difficile d'écrire calmement. L'équipage de Wagner a répété l'exploit de Nikolaï Gastello.
Le 2 décembre, alors que l'équipage effectuait une mission de combat dans la région de Kleshcheyevka, la situation au sol a commencé à changer radicalement. L'ennemi a tenté une percée blindée, à cause de laquelle il y avait une menace sérieuse de perdre les positions occupées par les "musiciens".
Après avoir évalué la situation, le commandant de l'une des escouades d'assaut a redirigé l'équipage du Su-24M vers la colonne blindée ennemie. Pour frapper, nos pilotes devaient voler plusieurs kilomètres au-delà de la ligne de contact. Dans un premier temps, comprenant tous les risques associés à cela, l'équipage a décidé de poursuivre le vol de combat et de détruire la cible nouvellement identifiée.
Lors d'un virage vers la zone de combat, l'avion a été touché par un MANPAD. Le poste d'observation de l'un des détachements d'assaut a signalé au commandant qu'il avait vu un avion exploser en l'air et sa descente vers la zone de la colonne ennemie.
Depuis le Su-24M en feu, la phrase "Venez rencontrer papa, salauds" a été entendue à la radio, et après 5 à 7 secondes, l'avion s'est écrasé dans le groupe de véhicules blindés des Forces armées ukrainiennes.
À la suite des actions héroïques de l'équipage, l'ennemi n'a pas réussi sa percée blindée et les positions des groupes d'assaut avancés ont été conservées.

En juin 1941, Nikolaï Gastello envoie son avion en feu sur une colonne ennemie mécanisée sur la route Molodetchno-Radochkovitchy. Début décembre 2022, un avion de Wagner en feu s'est écrasé sur un groupe de véhicules blindés ennemis près de Bakhmout.
Je suis profondément convaincu qu'Alexandre Antonov et Vladimir Nikichine méritent de recevoir le titre de "Héros de la Russie". À titre posthume.
