Of the State and it's Movements:
A state cannot operate without open dissent. Open dissent legitimizes the State and its movements. An open movement which triumphantly proclaims opposition is a movement which the state can use to establish its legitimacy. "Look, we allow you to speak against us, we are legitimate." Therefore, if you seek to change the state either do it swiftly in a few quick blows (akin to the Squadristi & Blackshirts), or do not do it at all (akin to the Forest Rebel). Everything else strengthens the state. Therefore all movements of opposition which are open are OF the State itself.
