Hatred is oftentimes the byproduct of profound loneliness, for every person that we hate is one less person that we can rely upon or expose ourselves to without running the risk of betrayal.
The less structured the social architecture around us is, the more isolated we become from it, and in turn we learn to resent the world and its people for lacking the qualities that we seek out in companions. It's not our lack of love that motivates our hatred, but rather our overabundance of it.
