The initial breakthrough was mostly unconsolidated but many bypassed positions of the AFU have now been captured or destroyed. The RUAF secured the apartment district in the southern part of the city and managed to secure the remaining houses and strongholds near Sadovoye, where there are reports of further Russian infiltration. The eastern flank of Kupiansk seems to have collapsed as the worsening supply situation has led to the Russians advancing up to the highway.

October has passed, and it's time to take stock:
The Russian army managed to capture 480 km² along the entire length of the front.
Of these:
6.4 km² Sumy Direction
45.5 km² Kharkov-Kupyansk Direction

The Ukrainian army managed to recapture 85.9 km² along the entire length of the front.
In September, they managed to capture 499.5 km², which is 41.1 more square kilometers than the previous month. And this month they captured 19.5 square kilometers less than in the previous month of September.
I will keep this update brief due to the fact it's almost already mid-november, however I still think the monthly update should be posted as an archive of review and to ensure the statistics for the war are kept neatly. Perhaps I will do some more in-depth analysis of frontline positions in the near future to provide an alternative to text essays, as I intend to experiment with many different things soon. This month saw the collapse of Pokrovsk and the looming encirclement of Ukrainian brigades in the city of Mirnograd, a dire failure that the AFU could've easily avoided. This month has been marked by separate advances on specific hotspots around the frontline, as many places have gone completely silent advance-wise in favor of focusing on these laid objectives. These objectives have been the cities of Kupiansk, Liman, Seversk, Konstantinovka, Pokrovsk, and the Dnepropetrovsk Frontline. The situation in the twin cities of Seversk and Liman have been increasingly difficult as the Russians managed to sever the highway between the two and have begun envelopments of both cities. It is very likely their status in November will be even dire than now as Russian pressure on the flanks is un-ending. The simplification of the Konstantinovka frontline with the fall of the Kleban-Byskske pocket will allow a concentrated effort to attack the city itself, however in order to continue the Russians will need to expand their offensive actions into the city to prevent being chokeholded. Ukrainian Forces have had successes around Dobropolye, however these successes were needed far greater and far earlier as they have failed to save the city of Pokrovsk. Russian Forces captured almost all of southern and northern Pokrovsk within October and have now left thousands of Ukrainian Forces encircled in the city of Mirnograd, a product and victim of their own pride has led the AFU into yet another death cauldron. The Dnepropetrovsk frontline is the most worrying however, as Russian Forces seem to be advancing without significant defenses prepared by the AFU, meaning that their advances may multiply until they reach Pokrovske and capture Guliapole.

Russian Forces were geolocated clearing the last remaining apartment blocks in the southern area of Volchansk, confirming Russian capture of the apartment district. Further to the east, the RUAF captured the school along the Vovcha River and managed to advance 1km along Proletarska Street. Russians Soldiers were geolocated being struck by FPV Drones in a house just south of the street. West of the city itself, Russian Forces reportedly captured the settlement of Tsegelnoye, however these reports are unconfirmed, therefore we've decided to put the settlement in the grey-zone. The situation in and around the city of Volchansk is deteriorating for the AFU as the lack of proper support for the units that have been here for years at this point has led to serious shortages of supplies such as drones.

Approximately three days later, tanks of the 3rd Heavy Mechanized Brigade of the AFU struck Russian positions at point blank using tank shells. It is unknown whether any infantry component was disembarked, however the strikes on Russian positions in the eastern area of the settlement confirm Russian presence in the settlement still.

Over the past 3 weeks, Russian Forces have made immense progress on the eastern flank of Pokrovskoye and have managed to completely reach the southern bank of the Vovcha River. The RUAF were geolocated raising the flag in the settlements of Orestopol and Tikhoye, confirming Russian capture of the settlements with the large amount of flags shown through both settlements. Following the capture of Orestopol, Ukrainians Forces remaining in Sosnovka withdrew and the areas north of the settlement were captured as the Ukrainians fled. A majority of the fields and treelines to the settlements captured were also secured relatively easily, including the settlement of Volch'ye which only has a few houses.

RUSSIANS ENTER GULYAIPOLE
The RUAF captured the settlements of Veseloye, Zeleny Gai, Zatishe, and Chernovoye in the Gulyaipole Direction. Russian Forces were geolocated raising the flag in the settlement of Zatishe and Veseloye, which created an envelopment east of Gulyaipole and placed the AFU's eastern defenses in danger of encirclement. As fighting began for the settlements of Zeleny Gai and Chernovoye, the AFU decided to retreat back to Gulyaipole in order to maintain a last stand defense of the city itself. The withdrawal only served to destabilize the situation even further as forward elements of the RUAF managed to enter Gulyaipole from the northeast and began efforts to consolidate positions. Another assault group entered the city from the Marfopol area and managed to gain a foothold on Velikaya Street.

The RUAF entered the settlement of Novodanilovka in the Orekhov Direction. During the heavy fog across the frontline on November 21st, Russian Forces managed to penetrate a BTR 2.5km past the line of contact and enter the settlement of Novodanilovka, where an infantry component then dismounted. It is unsure whether all of the dismounted infantry were killed in the subsequent FPV strikes, but it seems with the frontline penetrated even more Russian Assault Squads were able to gain a foothold on the southern area of the settlement. In Malaya Tokmachka, the settlement remains a massive grey-zone due to the immense defenses presented by the AFU, however the RUAF succeeded in capturing the brick factory. A Russian Soldier was geolocated surrendering the western part of the settlement, confirming fluid positions as there are Ukrainian geolocations in the eastern part of the settlement as well.

It is likely that the area is under a grey-zone now, due to the variety of buildings that were seemingly empty and the lack of an ability to effectively clear the lone soldier.
