Significant human rights issues included credible reports of: unlawful or arbitrary killings; arbitrary detention, often extraterritorial detention of Palestinians from the occupied territories in Israel; restrictions on Palestinians residing in Jerusalem including arbitrary or unlawful interference with privacy, family, and home; substantial interference with the freedom of association; arbitrary or unlawful interference with privacy; harassment of nongovernmental organizations; significant restrictions on freedom of movement within the country; violence against asylum seekers and irregular migrants; violence or threats of violence against national, racial, or ethnic minority groups; and labor rights abuses against foreign workers and Palestinians from the West Bank.
Israeli law does not include a specific prohibition on torture, although Israel signed the UN Convention against Torture in 1986 and signed it in 1991. Israeli domestic law prohibits the application of physical force, assault, or pressure by a public official.
A variety of Israeli, Palestinian, and international human rights groups generally operated without government restriction, investigating and publishing their findings on human rights cases.
Palestinian journalists who were able to obtain entry permits as well as Jerusalem-based Arab journalists reported incidents of harassment, racism, and occasional violence when they sought to cover news in Jerusalem, especially in the Old City and its vicinity.
In June the Journalists’ Support Committee, a nonprofit journalist advocacy organization, stated security forces committed more than 50 human rights violations against Palestinian journalists working in Jerusalem in the first half of the year, including arrests and expulsions from the city. 62 incidents of physical attacks against journalists in one year
Human rights groups condemned Hamas’s and Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s targeting of civilians as well as Israel’s targeting of civilian infrastructure.

Behind the definition of terrorism - part 1
No matter if Hamas is doing that to get back the rights of Palestine or not.
WHAT THEY DID WAS A TERRORISTIC ATTACK! and this has nothing to do with what Israel is doing now. Even if he did that to save Palestine, THIS IS NOT A JUSTIFICATION and the journalist has the whole right to call them terrorist organisation, because again:
Terrorism is defined by Title 22 of the U.S. Code as politically motivated violence perpetrated in a clandestine manner against noncombatants = EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID! Experts on terrorism also include another aspect in the definition: the act is committed in order to create a fearful state of mind in an audience different from the victims. Whether or not an act is considered terrorism also depends on whether a legal, moral, or behavioral perspective is used to interpret the act. If a legal or moral perspective is used, the values of the interpreter are the focus rather than the act itself. A behavioral perspective appears to be best suited for interpreting and reacting to terrorism.
Terrorism is directed toward goals that are political; in other words, terrorist actions are intended to guide or influence governmental policy. Thus, violent acts such as robbery, homicide, and kidnapping, which are committed in the furtherance of personal or criminal goals, are not included.
Second, terrorist violence is directed at noncombatants. Noncombatants are people who are not members of the military services or military members who are not actively involved in military hostilities. This criterion identifies terrorism as violence directed toward civilian populations or groups who are not prepared to defend against political violence.
The literature on terrorism has highlighted a number of elements. Here we will focus on five elements:
The first constitutive element of terrorism is represented by the use of violence ✅
The point that needs to be stressed here is that terrorism has a connection of some sort with the political sphere ✅

Behind the definition of terrorism - part 2
The literature on terrorism has highlighted a number of elements. Here we will focus on five elements:
Part 1: https://news.1rj.ru/str/IsraelWarBullshit/423
Indirect approach: implies a duplication of targets: one is the object of violence but is not the ultimate target ✅
Patent breach of accepted rules: a central element of terrorism as an action is the infringement of some norm. In order to overcome this problem, we can refer here to accepted rules usually, but not necessarily codified in domestic and international law. ✅
Relative strength of offence over defence: where offence (i.e. perpetrating an attack) and defence (preventing or frustrating the effects of an attack). In other words, planning an attack is often easier, less expensive and more likely to succeed than defending against it ✅
Summing up, we can conflate these elements into a systematised definition that would read as follows: terrorism is a peculiar form of political violence based on an indirect approach. It implies a patent breach of accepted rules and enjoys a tactical advantage over defence.
Admittedly, this list of attributes also has some weak points ...
Conclusion: HAMAS IS A TERRORIST, NO MATTER WHAT! and no matter what Israel is doing and if Hamas has just the 🇮🇱 goal, or a worldwide goal!

Now let we relate this topic to the walls in Israel ...
Is wrong to do a control of the people coming inside a country? NOPE, this is perfectly fine, if there is no discrimination based on that.
At the end every country has the right to choice how much foreigners to keep, for how much time, etc. Such people need to respect laws available in different countries, like if we visit arabian country, we need to respect their rules ....
Seeing a "nope, you cannot enter" as discrimination is just bullshit!
Like an employer cannot hire infinite employees, the same happens with a country ...
We forgot about such things due to the EU, where people can move without problems between countries.
Do you know that Switzerland "created exactly walls like Israel" in the past?
Yes, and they still do it now in some ways, where people get controlled when they arrive by train, plane, or other.
Does this now means Switzerland implements Apartheid just because they control who is coming ... NOPE!
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ApartheidPalestine
So we need to be honest, Israel has the full right to keep customs to control who is coming, like other countries are doing too.
About the walls is another point .... In Switzerland we already talked about creating walls against all Italians and migrants multiple times in the past too, but they never did that until now.
The point is not to abuse that or to decide what is going on other countries, that are not part of their control.
For example this doesn't mean that now Switzerland could block all food transport to Italy, because camions need to travel via San Gottardo and Switzerland has something against Italy ... They can implement fees and similar for the pollution, etc. generated by such camions, but cannot block that, because this would be just crime and discrimination.

Just to make it clear, we don't mean that immigration is devil, since we already shared previously positive points too, and this DOESN'T mean we are supporting Anders Behring Breivik ideas too. We always keep a neutral point showing pro and contras. At the end we are 🇨🇭, neutrality is our blood!
https://news.1rj.ru/str/TerrorismTelegram/415
It's about immigration in general, not related to Islam or whatever. So not what Breivik said.
Goal is even not to see "migrants as a power", when at the end we don't respect human rights! like we do with disabled people, which are simply exploited. This is a real story we saw directly during our ZIVI (= alternative to military in Switzerland)! If we use such migrants for 0.5 cents each hour, this is against rights ... and so is not a real power. Is human abuse! Such topic is available in Prison Break too ...
Plus we need to consider that there is migrant and migrant, depending from the origin country ... with different knowledges / abilities etc. Criminality depends from this too. Currently there is a 50/50

High criminality is available in 🇺🇸, 🇫🇷, 🇨🇦, etc. in general.
As we said, we build walls against immigration or similar things
