Neuralink, a company founded by Elon Musk, is developing neurochips that, in theory, will help link the human brain to a computer. The company had planned to begin human trials in 2022, but its application was rejected by the U.S. regulatory agency FDA. The refusal to conduct human trials has become known only now, when Reuters journalists gained access to internal documents of the company Neuralink.
