This all began in the 1950's when the CIA sprayed chemicals on unknowing citizens of St. Louis, Missouri as a testing ground (Called Cloverleaf)
Project Cloverleaf later became the U.S. Navy's VTRPE program, which consisted of spraying chemicals through aerosol-loaded planes in order to create 3D images of battlefields
DARPA got involved, and the project quickly spiraled out of control
Cant forget Operation Popeye either, where the US sprayed chemicals on the Vietcong
There are various chemicals in chemtrails; mostly barium (BA) and aluminum (AL) or BAAL
