Apple cider vinegar recipe:

1. Fill glass jar 3/4 way up with organic apples or apple scraps (be sure to soak and scrub your apples with water and white vinegar if they're not organic)
2. Add 1/4 c organic sugar
3. Fill jar the rest of the way with filtered water.
4. Cover with coffee filter and string or rubber band.
5. Let sit it on the counter for 2-4 weeks and mix with wooden spoon daily.
6. Strain and cover with lid.
