There are modern prophets. God did not remove the office of prophet when Jesus came, He simply altered the role moving forward. Q was not making a statement about this.

I believe Q is making two points here:
1: There are legitimate political "false prophets" among us. Infiltraters who were sent by the Cabal to fulfill a purpose.
