Under Obama, the DoD “amended the informed consent requirements during Emergency Use Authorization or public emergency” for clinical trials, meaning Obama admin made it okay to violate the Nuremberg Code, so long as there is a “public emergency”.

Which is why the US government continues to extend the Emergency Use Authorization so they can continue to break International Law.

FDA Failed to Present NEJM Study to Advisors Before Voting to Recommend Bivalent Boosters

The study showed more people became infected with the bivalent boosters (3.2%) than the people who received the original booster shot (1.9%).

The U.S. government spent $5B on these shots, which showed to be LESS efficacious than the previous COVID jabs.
