The small states, of course, saw this as a means by which they would be robbed of their voices and the large states would have total dominance in congress. This problem nearly split and destroyed the convention.

Durham’s request to gain access apparently was rejected twice by a federal judge, so he used grand jury powers instead to get direct access to the emails.

Whatever was in those emails, Durham was going to “extraordinary” lengths to get it. Something tells me this isn’t the last we’ll hear about them…
