NOW - Second, very powerful earthquake hit central Turkey minutes ago, according to EMSC.

EMSC has now downgraded the new aftershock in Turkey to magnitude 7.5; the preliminary data was 7.8.

I love reading these articles about people trying to figure out how the "anti-vaxxers", as they like to call us, figured out not to take the shots? Despite all their theorizing on the specifics, it is really simple. I'll put it is the simplest terms possible.

UPDATE: A 3.8 earthquake occurred in Erie County centered in the Town of West Seneca, is a first-ring suburb of Buffalo adjacent to the city.

The earthquake was felt as far north as Niagara Falls and as far south as Orchard Park.

No damage reports received by Erie County ESU.
