#30 CTEH, a private contractor hired by Norfolk Southern to test water, soil, and air quality in East Palestine, Ohio, has a history of minimizing the effects of environmental disasters to satisfy its corporate employers.

After a million gallons of oil spilled on a Louisiana town in 2005, after a flood of toxic coal ash smothered central Tennessee in 2008, and after defective Chinese drywall began plaguing Florida homeowners, CTEH was on the scene — saying everything was fine.

In each of these cases, the controversial consulting firm was alleged to be supplying the data its employers wanted while falsely assuring the public that they were safe from harm.

Licensing is an outright slave concept. Explain to any official who forces you to obtain a permit under payment that you hold him jointly and severally responsible for taking away your allodial birthright and freedom, invasion of personal privacy, harassment etc etc etc. A permit means that by paying for that permit you get the right to do something illegal by the government.... The government first forces you to pay for a permit, then you can do something that is illegal according to the law and the government then turns a blind eye because they have already cashed in the money for the permit. The function of a permit therefore has nothing to do with a revenue model of the government and nothing else with safety or moral norms and values.

Een vergunning betekent dat je d.m.v. betaling voor die vergunning daarmee van de overheid het recht krijgt iets illegaals te doen....de overheid dwingt je dus eerst te betalen voor een vergunning, vervolgens mag je dan iets doen wat volgens de wet illegaal is en de overheid knijpt dan een oogje dicht omdat ze het geld voor de vergunning al gecasht hebben.

De functie van een vergunning heeft dus louter en alleen te maken met een verdienmodel van de overheid en verder niets met veiligheid of morele normen en waarden.
