Many normies mix up evolutionary byproducts with evolutionary mismatches. While wisdom teeth pains and back pains are due to not enough hard foods and physical activity required as humans, thus mismatches, childbirth pain or muscle soreness are a byproduct of evolution, or a trade-off (Or how God made you). In case of childbirth pain it is large skulls and good bipedal movement. In case of muscle soreness it is adaptation.
