Surprise surprise, our flyers don't break the law in the ACT.

They do not break either the state law, nor Commonwealth (Federal level) law in the NSI taskforce's home state.

Our flyers are designed so that it doesn't cross any legal thresholds. There are no elements of inciting racial hatred, the flyers advocate for our own people and against demographic replacement, which is an objective fact that is occuring in Australia, to which we obviously oppose.

They also encourage White collectivism in terms of political action and organising, and advertise and promote our political party project.

All of this is protected under the Australian constitution's political communication elements. We are permitted to espouse our beliefs, regardless of whom they offend. If you're mad and upset that White people are politically organising, go back to your own lands.

Basic metapolitical theory:

Illegitimise the system at every opportunity. Highlight to the public that it doesn't actually allow you the supposed freedoms it says it does, and that it is a rotten beast.

Never miss an opportunity to channel and amplify outrage of the public towards the system. Highlight the systems hypocrisies and heighten it's contradictions.

Simultaneously, legitimise and promote the alternative at every available avenue. (White Nationalism, National Socialism, organised political action).
Build a disciplined organisation that can win the confidence of the public, and has the will, ability and energy to govern the nation.
