He currently works as an analyst at Fort Belvoir for a Department of Defense contractor known as Jacobs and has a Top-Secret Security Clearance. Mandokhil traveled across state lines from his home in Virginia to meet the girl, who he believed to believed to be an underaged teen, for sex.
