The concept of the poor person in America who is working 70 hours/week is mostly just a complete myth. The average household who earns less than $50K/year works under 15 hours/week collectively.

There are something like 4 or 5 small upper-middle class suburbs in the entire state of Ohio where people take seriously the idea of providing their kids with preparation that gives them any chance of success.
