Plain text overcomes presumptions.

Dinesh D’Souza & I had a brief X exchange.

There are so many who miss the plain text of the Bible in their defense of what God never says.

Dinesh posted in support of “Judeo-Christian” and when I asked where that word is in the Bible, he asked me where “Trinity” is in the Bible. Of course, “Trinity” is not in the Bible, which means it’s a word that God never used to describe Himself.

This is the obviousness of the problem: people equate Bible text to their presumptions.

Jesus warned against deception (Matt 24). Paul saw people he taught fall away (Demas, 1 Tim 4) and some with false doctrine (Gal 1-2) while John said others rejected the apostles’ authority ( 3 John, Diotrephas).

The issue is that the Bible is God’s word and God’s word shows how God speaks. It also showed that before the Bible was fully revealed that people who observed miracles & learned from apostles fell away from God’s word.

And so any argument about “church fathers” or the such is invalid.

The implication is that much of the way we think and speak about God is not directed by God’s words, but by subtleties crept into our minds.

Many have (unknowingly) outsourced their thinking to not the Bible and are so blind that they cannot see that they do not stand on Bible text.

An example is using the word “(blank) theology” to mark a school of thought.

The Bible never uses “covenant theology”. The Bible never uses “dispensationalism”. The Bible never uses “replacement theology” or “supersessionism” or “modalism” or “Trinity” or the such.

The Bible commands man to speak like God’s oracles (1 Peter 4:11) and a very easy way to identify if that happens is whether they use Bible words or not Bible words.

Now, language and conversation is dynamic and relationships range more than the written text of the Bible, and so grace is given because not everyone is going to only speak in Bible their entire lives, but the principle is clear, in that when you talk about God or Bible things, then Bible text should control the issue and if a non-Bible word is used in the discussion, the people involved need to be aware that the term is not from God and likely developed based on man’s discussion/debate of the text.

Christ used the “it is written” method (Matt 4). I believe this is the best way to discuss the Bible and is an equalizing method bc many smart people integrate manmade concepts/words/doctrines into Bible conversations as a flex against those who aren’t “scholars.” The religious folks of Jesus’ day did the same (Matt 15).

I understand that my quirk about this is uncommon and that it necessarily frustrates the modern evangelical use of religious words in conversations about God.

I am also calling people to repentance and obedience to Jesus Christ, so that He is glorified. And this area of staying on the text is a useful polemic to show just how far people stray from the Bible when they presume they discuss the Bible.

God commanded not to diminish His words (Jer 26:2). Jesus cared about the jots & tittles (Matt 5).

We should work to have the same precision.

Brave.

Imagine if they knew their state constitutions and fundamental principles of law.

As sad as this picture is, it shows that even in 1955, education was errant and people misunderstood their rights. This struggle was unconstitutional and should’ve been remedied with a notice identifying children as a liberty interest.

Likewise, today there are issues in the law that crush people, but that the ones in pain don’t slow down to learn constitutions in simplicity.

Am reading reports about protests in Iran.

This, days after Netanyahu visits Mar-a-Lago and awards President Trump the Medal of Israel (first non-Israeli to get the award in over 80 years).

Now, I saw a Truth Social post where President Trump warns Iran that America will use the military if Iran shoots the protestors.

And so, after decades of observing false flags and color revolutions, I now believe our CIA (or Mossad) is doing a color revolution in Iran, so that America (re: Israel) can install a puppet government in Iran.

The whole thing is evil and corrupt. I do not trust our government (definitely not Israel) and I don’t care about Iran. I don’t want Americans to die on foreign battlefields nor do I want Americans to fund it.

Lastly, I believe that these same actors are thoroughly evil, such that they’d commit a false flag on American soil and blame Iran just to boost public support of the war.

Netanyahu, in 1994, told Congress that Iran was weeks away from getting a nuke. I was 9 years old.

Repent from politics and learn constitutions so that we regulate government and prevent these atrocities.

The king of England recently knighted a Muslim.

The UK is a canary in a coal mine.

Repent and return to fundamental principles.

Finished Matt 6.

Modern conservatism is designed to prevent a return to fundamentals that would upend the corruption and lawlessness we see.

Gatekeepers. Story spinners.

This is why I point to constitutions. They are tools that bind government.

Where is this power granted in the constitution?

Americans love war & bloodshed so much that they ignore this and make excuses to evade its enforcement.

“We now see high-level arrests”

“There’s a grace period”

“Maduro was a criminal”

“Venezuela hacked our elections”

If your political bias tells you this or some other talking point to bypass the plain text of the constitution, then just be consistent and say the constitution to on is irrelevant.

At least be honest.

When the constitution was written, it was definitely intended for a large military to seize foreign heads of state without congressional authority. (sarcasm)

“Politics” (opinions) wrongly distracts from constitutions bc constitutions show people their power to regulate government.

I’m interested in remedy, not opinions.

As unconstitutional as it was, that raid was precise & shows that America’s capabilities are superior to any other nation on earth.

In that way, it was cool.
