These are our final three slides. Our revenue model is designed for sustainability, high transparency, and low friction. We anticipate consistent system use, which will generate significant flow through. ~25-50% of net fees head directly to buybacks.

Status Update
• Sceptre remains in heavy development, and finishing the update will take days. The codebase is complex, and HyperLiquid’s API changes in early June moved our timeline back (as did Monarch/v3).
• v2.56 Infinity: discrepancies between the original v2.56 and Infinity persist. I am rewriting part of Infinity to make hard-coding default settings easier. Once that work is complete, I will push an update.
• v3: I am refining edge-case logic that has produced a few bad trades.
• Oracle: we are switching from opening trades at the open to opening at the close and rolling out a bundle of related bug fixes and performance tweaks. This release will ship alongside Infinity.
• Castellan core: a set of tweaks, bug fixes, and quality-of-life improvements will deploy with the next push.
• Castellan and the JEST ecosystem: the referral system is being rebuilt from a simple ref system, into a loyalty-points model with soft staking, rewards for using referral codes, incentives for wider ecosystem participation, and more.
• Marketing: we are assembling a comprehensive package of videos and other promotional materials in preparation for these launches.
We will handpick a small Alpha cohort from existing Castellan users. Alpha holders will receive early access to Sceptre to stress-test new features, hunt bugs, and provide feedback before the broader rollout. After Alpha, access will expand to Premium, then Standard, then Basic tiers. Manual trading will open to the public once the Alpha group has put the platform through its paces.
Priority at this point is v3, and sceptre, in no particular order.

We've implemented important fixes to prevent users from losing their tiers due to RPC issues.
We've replaced all harsh tier change messages (like "You Played Yourself!") with professional, supportive notifications that include clear next steps and a "contact support" option for users who believe there's been an error.
This ensures users maintain their tiers during temporary technical issues while receiving more helpful communication about any legitimate tier changes, and prevents heart attacks.
