Yunus 10:61
English - Mohsin Khan/Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
Neither you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) do any deed nor recite any portion of the Qur’ân, - nor you (mankind) do any deed (good or evil) but We are Witness thereof, when you are doing it. And nothing is hidden from your Lord (so much as) the weight of an atom (or small ant) on the earth or in the heaven. Not what is less than that or what is greater than that but is (written) in a Clear Record. (Tafsir At-Tabarî).
Let's increase in our recitation, and increase our awareness of the fact that there is nothing we do without it being witnessed.

Rejoicing at the killing of disbelievers, tyrants, and hypocrites is from the actions reported of some of the Companions and is described as being from the practice of Ahl al-Sunnah.
Al-Dhahabi mentioned in al-Tārīkh that when Ibrāhīm al-Nakhaʿī was informed of the death of al-Ḥajjāj, he wept out of joy; and when al-Ḥasan (al-Baṣrī) was informed of his death, he prostrated.
In the two Ṣaḥīḥs (al-Bukhārī and Muslim), in the ḥadīth of Abū Qatādah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet ﷺ said:
“The believing servant finds relief from the hardship and harm of this world to the mercy of Allah; and the wicked servant, the people, the lands, the trees, and the animals find relief from him.”
ʿAlī (may Allah be pleased with him) prostrated to Allah in gratitude upon the killing of “al-Mukhaddaj,” the Khārijite, when he saw him among the slain after fighting them.
Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“The Commander of the Believers, ʿAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib (may Allah be pleased with him), fought the Khārijites and cited regarding them the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah which included fighting them. He rejoiced at their killing and prostrated to Allah in gratitude when he saw their leader slain — the one known as Dhū al-Thudayyah.”
(Majmūʿ al-Fatāwā 20/395)
When the misguided innovator Ibn Abī Duʾād was afflicted with al-fālij (hemiplegia/paralysis), Ahl al-Sunnah rejoiced at that.
Abu Bakr al-Khallal (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
It was said to Abū ʿAbdillāh — meaning Ahmad ibn Hanbal — “A man rejoices at what befalls the followers of Ibn Abī Duʾād; is there any sin upon him for that?”
He replied:
“And who would not rejoice at this?”
(al-Sunnah 5/121)
