When you’re 25, 27, or 30, life will hit you hard.

You’ll finally understand the saying, “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” You’ll work, pay for the house and bills, then work again—on repeat.

You’ll miss your younger self, with fewer responsibilities and less knowledge about the harsh realities of the world.

There will be nights when you count the few hours of sleep you can afford. You’ll wake up to work for money, searching for side hustles to earn even more.

The reality is, as you grow older, the burden you carry becomes heavier.

At 25, 27, or 30, you’ll realize you’re no longer chasing just your own dreams. You’re striving to give your loved ones the best life has to offer.

Breaking Bad is not just a show; it's a philosophical journey that explores how our personal choices can drastically change our lives and the lives of those around us. From the very first episode to the final scene, every detail and every word carries a deeper meaning about the human condition.

Like this quote:
'Secrets create barriers between people.'

Walter White's words perfectly summarize how secrets don't just hide the truth; they build walls that prevent communication and trust. Every character in the show has a secret, and every secret comes with a cost. The series is filled with deep dialogues, complex ideas, and moments that make you rethink everything around you."
What do we know about the psychology of people who cut off all communication? And how about how it affects their partners, friends, and close relative?

The Siren's Call

A phantom buzz, a siren's call,
My phone, a beacon, answers all.
Friend chats gleam, a vibrant hue,
TikTok's lure, a mesmerizing view.
The siren song, it weaves its spell,
My focus falters, I can't repel
The urge to scroll, to drift and roam,
In this digital, fleeting foam.
Where did this laziness reside?
A seed, perhaps, the moment I
Embraced the screen, a portal deep,
Into a world where thoughts don't sleep.
A world of snippets, fleeting fast,
Attention spans, a fleeting past.
"Give all you can," the elders plead,
But can I focus, lost in the digital reed?
Doubt gnaws at me, a bitter sting,
Is "acing" lost, a forgotten thing?
In this distraction's constant hum,
Can I achieve, or will I succumb?

Episode 1

lived a young shepherd named Santiago. Unlike others who were content with their predictable lives, Santiago was driven by a recurring dream that whispered of a treasure hidden in the Egyptian pyramids. One day, while tending to his sheep, Santiago encountered a mysterious old man who claimed to be Melchizedek, the King of Salem. This wise figure spoke of Personal Legends—the dreams and desires that fuel one's soul. Melchizedek's words ignited a fire within Santiago, urging him to pursue his dream. And so, with a heart full of hope and a bag of meager possessions, Santiago set off on a journey that would change his life forever.

Of course, I will hurt you. Of course, you will hurt me. Of course, we will hurt each other. But this is the very condition of existence. To become spring means accepting the risk of winter. To become a presence means accepting the risk of absence.

Episode 2: The Call to Adventure

With Melchizedek's encouragement echoing in his mind, Santiago sold his flock of sheep and boarded a ship bound for Africa. His first destination was Tangier, a bustling port city that felt both exciting and overwhelming. It was here that Santiago's resolve was tested when he was robbed of all his money. Left with nothing but his dream, Santiago sought work in a crystal shop. As he cleaned dusty shelves and polished glassware, he learned valuable lessons about perseverance and the importance of taking small steps toward one's goals. The crystal merchant, though wary of change, gradually embraced Santiago's innovative ideas, and together, they transformed the struggling shop into a thriving business.

For those who bear their burdens in silence, lifting others while carrying their own weight. For the self-reliant, the quiet fighters, the dreamers who’ve restarted countless times. For the givers who rarely receive, the listeners who rarely feel heard, and the supporters who cheer without cheers in return.

Here’s to you.

Someday, life will be more than just pushing forward; you’ll feel fully alive.

Believe me, there is no such thing as great suffering, great regret, great memory, everything is forgotten, even a great love. That's what's sad about life, and also what's wonderful about it. There is only a way of looking at things, a way that comes to you every once in a while. That's why it's good to have had love in your life, after all, to have had an unhappy passion - it gives you an alibi for the vague despairs we all suffer from.

~Albert Camus

Good night, fam !
The ego story is like a personal myth, a tale we tell ourselves about who we are. It's woven from our memories, beliefs, and dreams. This story shapes how we see the world and how we act.
It can be a powerful guide, pushing us towards our goals. But it can also trap us, keeping us stuck in old ways of thinking.
The good news is that we can change this story. By paying attention to the thoughts we have about ourselves, we can rewrite the narrative and create a more authentic and fulfilling life.

The law of attraction is a captivating concept suggesting that our thoughts and emotions shape our reality, drawing experiences that align with our focus. Proponents like Brian Tracy assert that visualization and belief in goals reprogram the subconscious mind to align actions with opportunities. Tracy famously states, “You become what you think about most of the time,” implying that positive focus can pave the way for remarkable achievements. Supporters argue that countless success stories from financial breakthroughs to personal growth prove the effectiveness of visualizing dreams, cultivating gratitude, and maintaining a positive mindset.

Yet, this concept also invites skepticism. Can simply thinking about success truly make it happen? Or does belief in the law of attraction encourage people to take more action and align themselves with opportunities? Science has yet to confirm its mechanisms fully, but countless stories suggest a mysterious link between mindset and outcomes. Whether seen as a spiritual principle or a psychological tool, the law of attraction encourages introspection and intentionality. So, what about you? Do you believe in the power of the law of attraction, or do you see it as wishful thinking?

Perfectionism is very addictive because it is very seductive. It's so great to think,
'There's a way I can do things where I can never be held in judgment by other people, that I can totally escape criticism.'
But it doesn't work. ~Brené Brown

Episode 3: The Crystal Merchant's Lessons

Months passed, and Santiago saved enough money to continue his journey. The crystal merchant, who had once abandoned his own dreams, saw a glimmer of hope through Santiago's determination. Despite the merchant's warning about the dangers of the desert, Santiago pressed on, guided by the belief that his treasure awaited him. Along the way, he met an Englishman who was equally obsessed with uncovering the secrets of alchemy. The Englishman spoke of turning lead into gold and discovering the Philosopher's Stone. Intrigued by these mystical pursuits, Santiago realized that his journey was about more than just treasure; it was about understanding the world and his place within it.
