DEFINING CRIMINAL ORGANIZED GANG STALKING INTRODUCTION
Organized Gang Stalking, also known as Gang Stalking, Cause Stalking, Organized Vigilante Stalking, Stalking by Proxy, Community-Based Harassment, and Covert War, are essentially harassment and discrediting campaigns waged against a targeted individual Citizens, are recruited or coerced to participate, often from extremist groups and cults, but also from among employees Coordinated psychological warfare attacks, consisting of Harassments, Organized Stalkings, Noise Campaigns Sensitizing Operations and the spreading of lies slander and rumors, are executed in an effort to virtually neutralize and destroy the victim. "Mainstream USA believes that if Organized Gang Stalking hasn't happened to them then it is not happening to anyone else. Or if someone is 'Organized Gang Stalked' they must be a horrible person who has committed horrible acts and that they deserve it, thus creating more 'Organized Gang Stalkers'. "Organized Gang Stalking is a hate crime erected in a system. The different actors can be used and manipulated in order to produce a specific action. But all those involved are not necessarily aware that they are being manipulated. In fact, most are not aware of that. The lie being the base of the Organized Gang Stalking, everything is done to ostracize,violate and destroy targeted individuals. To do this, perpetrators use several techniques for manipulating public opinion. And, due to false evidence to support their lies, innocent targeted individuals are perceived as outcasts of society". Organized Gang Stalking is a catch phrase name that is being used as a label and name to describe the Organized Harassment and Stalking of a single individual by multiple individuals or groups.
The crimes committed through Organized Gang Stalking and Technological Harassment against an individual are covertly done, hence little in evidence is left behind of the crime, and the target is left with little in the way of resources to defend himself or herself. Isolation, through disrupting the targets or victims life, in an intense slander campaign, is usually achieved once the actual stalking and harassment begins. A pervasive slandering campaign takes place, painting the target as an unstable individual, child molester, a person with hidden dark secrets, or a person prone to psychopathic behavior. The criminals planning a Organized Gang Stalking endeavor, study the target long before the stalking and harassment begins. Psychological profiling is done, and this is to assist in the overall campaign that includes intense psychological harassments and demoralization's. The accumulation of all the tactics and events in this dangerously hurtful organized crime against an innocent human being can led to trauma and will emotionally bankrupt the targeted individual, and may lead to death ,as suicide is often induced through the assaults. The perpetrators of Organized Gang Stalking are serious criminals who do great damage, and the acts done are very serious crimes by any measure.
Organized Gang Stalking is a highly criminal campaign, one directed at a target individual, and one that aims to destroy an innocent persons life through covert harassments, malicious slander and carefully crafted and executed psychological assaults.
Organized Gang Stalking deprives the targeted individual of their basic constitutional rights and destroys their freedom, setting a stage for the destruction of a person, socially, mental and physical, through a ceaseless assault that pervades all areas of a persons life.
What drives such campaigns may be revenge for whistleblowing, or for highly critical individuals, as outspoken people have become targets. Other reasons why a person may become a target individual for stalking and harassment: ex-spouse revenge, criminal hate campaigns, politics, racism.

2. Electronic or Technological Harassment ,
3. Pervasive and horrific slander
4. Isolation through alienation that is caused by the slander
5. Destruction of, or alienation from all things that the target holds dear.
Ground Work
A Discrediting Disinformation Propaganda Campaign is initiated long before the target is actually stalked. They, the criminal perpetrators, twist and fabricate reality through such a campaign, displaying lies that paint the target as a Wife Beater, child molester, a person with hidden dark secrets, an highly unstable individual who may be a threat to society, a prostitute, or a longtime drug user, etc.
The Slandering or Discrediting Campaign sets the stage for the target to become alienated in just about every social-work environment, once the actual stalking and harassment begins. This slandering campaign is instrumental in eliminating all resources and avenues of defense for the target, before the actual stalking harassment begins.
This stage is one that sees people close to the target, family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers recruited by the perpetrator criminals, who will pose as law enforcement officials, private investigators, or a groups of concerned citizens, the criminal organizer could even be a corrupt criminal cop.
The Organized Gang Stalking aimed at achieving one or all of the following:
1. Induced suicide
2. Financial devastation
3. Homelessness
4. False institutionalization in psyche wards, or false arrests
5. Seizure of the target or victims financial assets
6. Setups or framing of the target or victim
7. Attempt to run the target or victim out of town
8. To cause the target or victim to appear crazy or mentally unstable
9. Attempt to control victims of human trafficking and racketeering.
10. Control over the target or victim.
Once actual Stalking and Harassment begins:
The target will endure a vast array of tactics: Stalking, Harassment, Electronic or Technological Harassment, Criminal Invasion Of Privacy, Criminal Use Of Through Wall Radar, Gaslighting, Street Theater, Directed Conversations, Parroting, Druggings, Gasssings, Scent Harassment, Synchronized Harassment Activities, Mobbings, Color Harassment, Mimicry and Mirroring, Convoy Harassment, Pass Harassment, Noise Harassment Campaigns, Number Harassment, Telephone Harassment, Break ins, Vandalism, Slander and Rumor Campaigns, Intimate Infiltration, Cyber Harassment, Subtle but frequent destruction of property, killing of pets.
