I say what authority does the city of Joondalup have to make this decision?

I say provide evidence that we the people voted yes at a referendum to bring in local government?

I say prove that the City of Joondalup [ABN 64 245 472 416] is not a business?

I say that I do not consent to any globalist policy including but not limited to 15 minute cities orchestrated to unlawfully limit my unalienable right to travel.
