I am pleased to advise you that I will be moving a motion in parliament on 14th November 2023 which will read as follows:
I move the that Legislative Council:
1 Acknowledges that some Western Australians were adversely affected by some State Government Covid19 policies.
I am aware of many stories from people who suffered as a result of vaccine mandates, travel restrictions and lockdowns and other government policies.
In a motion on notice, I will speak for 20 minutes and I want to tell the stories of the people who have suffered. I am motivated to do this because I believe some honesty and truth telling needs to be done in relation to the State Government Covid19 response, which was not as perfect as the Government claims it was. The Government, Opposition and Crossbench also contribute speeches to address the motion.
Please share this email with anyone you know in Western Australia who would like to have their story told in Parliament, and reply to myself at ben.dawkins@mp.wa.gov.au with details. A Catholic school in Sydney originally announced a ban homosexual relationships to be represented at a formal, as is their doctrinal duty.
Diana Aboud (@mummasroar_ on IG) has been raising awareness on this issue, and started a petition to support the school’s original decision.
The petition was removed from change.org, while the homosexual student’s petition was left online, resulting in the school’s decision being overturned.
Diana is trying to raise awareness to the fact that St Ursula’s Parents have sent an open letter to premier Chris Minns.
Her request is to please share this out and send emails of complaints to Sydney Catholic Schools.

For a while now I have been avoiding all captchas, that's when your device asks you to click here to prove you're not a robot. Within that captcha box there's a privacy link and a terms link, where you can read that captcha is powered by google, and that you authorise google to access a whole lot of your data, including browser history and a whole lot more, if you click on it to prove you're a human.
I do instead contact that company/service provider, sometimes a phone number is available, or a mailing address, and tell them that I do not agree with the T&Cs of captcha and if there is another way of proceeding. There's always another way.
The more people that do this, the better. Don't give away your privacy for convenience. Although it may take a few more minutes, we need to stop this.

As a citizen in a representative democracy, where government is tasked with being responsive to constituents, I am seeking an urgent written response from your Department to the following questions.
1. Does the Australian Government believe that the WHO’s mandated vaccination approach was effective? If Yes, could you please explain to me why the vaccinated have higher rates of infection than the unvaccinated.
2. Does the Australian Government believe that the WHO’s mandated vaccination approach was safe? If Yes, could you please explain to me why the vaccinated in every age-group have higher excess deaths than the unvaccinated.
3. If No to the above, please explain to me why the Australian Government is continuing to pursue Treaties and Regulations giving the failed WHO unfettered control to internationally mandate more deadly ‘vaccines’.
I await your response, and also urge you as Health Minister to direct Prime Minister Albanese to reject the International Health Regulations by the 1 December 2023 international deadline for doing so.

What/who is JSCOT??
The Joint Standing Committee on Treaties (aka JSCOT) has been appointed by the Commonwealth Parliament to review and report on all treaty actions proposed by the Government before action which binds Australia to the terms of the treaty is taken.
The Committee was first established in 1996 as part of a package of reforms to improve the openness and transparency of the treaty-making process in Australia.
The committee is made up of 16 members of Parliament, and they are the people who make recommendations regarding the W.H.O and International Health Regulations (IHR) amendments to the Government. IHR amendments do not pass through parliament, they are decided on by JSCOT 😳
