Ever wondered why our toes are shaped the way that they are? I felt self conscious about my feet growing up and would wear shoes that hid the length of what some called my “finger toes”
I now view them with fresh eyes to see the story they tell of the path I’ve walked so far
Notice how my fourth toes curve inward and how the first digits are proportionally much thicker than the first two
For those of you who may not be aware, the fourth toe is the communication toe and represents the impact our communication has on relationships and pleasure
The right foot represents the past thoughts/perceptions/logical thinking, and the left represents present ideas/perceptions/creative thinking
The tips of the toes represents the crown chakra, 2nd digit the brow, 3rd the throat, and the pad of the foot the heart
When analyzing how this applies to my life, the toe curving inward speaks to how much of what I was really thinking and feeling was kept inside. The narrowing in the 3rd digit that corresponds to the throat chakra and affirms some restriction in vocally expressing. The bulging 1st/2nd digits speak to a lot of what I had/have in my head and soul is unexpressed due to the throat chakra restriction.
The balls of my feet (not pictured here) feel tough which speaks to armoring of my heart, which can lead to keeping back this expression and thus also contributing to the restricting throat chakra. Good news though, the callouses are peeling off!
Historically I have held back my full mind, soul and heart expression for a number of reasons. It’s a pattern that is changing as I’ve come home to the wisdom and power of my body, and as I find creative outlets to share my discoveries

I remember years back I was lamenting about something in my life, and my bold friend said something along the lines of, "Why are you attracting this?"
Say what?!?!
I had no idea about how the internal energetics of our body attract the same type of energetics into our life, and yet there was something in her words that rang true to my core
I was the common denominator, and not everyone was experiencing a life like me. What was the difference?
Her words were a catalyst to me diving into innerstanding how and why I function the way I do physiologically and psychologically, and set me on a path to liberating myself from my own harmful and dramatic cycles
I also learned that these cycles are really invitations from my soul to heal parts of myself that hadn't been fully loved into wholeness
Everything was already always love, I simply hadn't learned the language or how to work with it

Some wonder what can be picked up from a few photos of the face
How much does the body really communicate? Is this some fortune telling thing? How much is me, and how much is my lineage or environment?
@tomzaimes reached out after watching a video of mine, and within a few messages he felt a resonance and booked a full face reading
What I enjoyed about @tomzaimes was his balls-to-wall, show me what you see so I may shift my shit, type of attitude
Yeah, there are two kinds of people that show up: those ready to face their shit and deal with it, and those who want you to magically heal their shit
No magic pills here, just the opportunity for a guided tour into your own shadow
Tom came with a heart open ready to see himself in a new light
As we dissected his report together, I tracked his languaging as well as body language, and noticed when speaking with his hands, he was hiding his middle and ring fingers, while the other three stayed out (sort of like the I love you hand sign)
We paused and I reflected back to him this mannersim, as well as the meaning of the middle finger being our spritiual finger, and the ring finger being our emotional finger. It's as if his body was showing me that he hides those two aspect of himself, while continuing to put his will (thumb), judgments (index finger) and speech (pinky) boldly into the world
This was a theme that was showing up in various parts of his face as well, and when he saw it manifested in his body language too, the lights came on!
He was clearly feeling that the confusion he was experiencing about how he's putting himself into the world, was being muddled by withholding important parts of himself desiring to be explored and witnessed
It's always a surprise what someone's "AHA" moment will be, AND there will always be that moment

One of the reasons I'm so passionate about the work I get to do is because I teach people the language of their soul, which is always love
Most people have very little understanding of how and why they function physiologically, psychologically, spiritually or emotionally the way that they do
