I shimmy my way to the front of the boat because, YEEEAH, I’m gonna have my own dance rap video on a boat dream, even if I’m the only damn one living my dream

Few sways in and caresses from the ocean breeze and I hear, “Oh yeah, entertain me!”

I turn to see a wide eyed, grown man ready to be wooed by my curves swaying to the rhythm of the ocean and music

Sigh… “I came here for ME, brother, what are you here for?”

Listen up, brothers, you will not get your relational needs met with needy, give-me-more-for-free little boy tactics

A woman is her own muse
She’s not desperate for attention or seeking validation
She moves with intention, purpose, and a finely tuned felt sense
She shares from her abundance
When she damn well feels like it
And when she feels his reverence
Her natural drive is to nourish life, and be nourished into vibrancy
We pray with our bodies, kicking up dust as we dance
Singing songs that awaken souls to feel, and inspire them to love
Laying our soulful hands on one another to facilitate healing

Raising our hearts in gratitude
Opening our bodies to receive a man

One of the reasons I'm so passionate about the work I get to do is because I teach people the language of their soul, which is always love

Why invest in an embodiment coach?

Short answer: most of us haven't learned how to be embodied, we've actually been forced to stay in our heads and perform for social acceptance and approval

This way of living is not satisfying because the soul doesn't give a fuck about how other people feel about how you're showing up, it only cares about what it came here to be and express

If we are not living in and loving our own truths, how can we expect others to love us for who we are?

If we are not feeling our depths, how can we expect someone else to feel us, or to feel another's depth?

The key to deep, meaningful and satisfying connection is to FIRST go inward and connect to your own truth: inerstand what that means for YOU, and then consciously move towards it

Something I hear and see often are people asking about how unblock or open up their chakras

My first question is always, "What internal work have to done?"

Blocks are caused by your own misalignments, whether they be spiritual, physical, emotional or mental

When you address the stories that have caused misalignments, then your energy centers will start to open and function properly

Think of a spine. If someone continues to hunch over because they are physically, emotionally, mwntally or spiritually carrying too much, no amount of reiki, salt baths, positive talk or anything else passive will unblock that

The person must actually take things off of their shoulders and do the work to redirect that energy to themselves, while also working on the posture corrections and workouts to support the new posture

There's no "abracadabra" quick fix

There is learning to innerstand what has formed you the way you are, unwinding that, and putting yourself back together

This has been my experience in healing work in opening up the body to utilize the energy that's already inside

I coach people through this process, as well as guide them through various somatic healing processes to reprogram and repattern
