I’ve been observing these Passion flowers on my walk this week and have noticed a few things

They are very particular about when they will open to share their frangrance and sweet nectar

They take their time to unfurl to see if the conditions are conducive for their opening

If it gets too warm, they close back up and have a protective covering on the outside to safeguard the gentle petals

As I felt into that this morning, some thoughts arose:

“Could we, the feminine, trust our senses like these flowers, and slowly open when the conditions are just right?”

“Could we, without judgment, allow the natural ebb and flow of feeling safe to open, and sensing when it’s time to close and protect our tenderness and sweetness, flow?”

“Could we allow the more prickly parts of our feminine be what they are, innerstanding this is our innate, built in survival instincts SO THAT we are able to open and share our sweet nectar and fragrance.”

“Could we accept and embrace that we are the beauty, sweetness and nectar that’s meant to birth, nourish and delight the world with our presence?”

Women, the invitation is to:

Lean into our wildness, instincts and intuition and honor their guidance

To innerstand when, where and with whom to open

To take command of our natural opening process and invite the masculine into OUR way of opening

To be the guardian of our temples and shut people and experiences down that threaten our ability to stay soft, open, or our safety

Because no matter how much the outside world demands that a flower open and give up her beauty, nectar and fragrance

No matter how hungry an insect is

No matter the line of bees buzzing frantically around the flower

She will open when when the conditions are just right and not a moment sooner

Trust yourself

Trust your intuition
Trust your process

Gentler
Sweeter
Fiercer
More loving
Generous
Ambitious
Kind
Understanding
Patient
Open hearted
A lioness protector

All of life responded to me differently when I felt what it was like to be a mom

To be a portal for a new soul

Animals felt me differently
Children opened right up
Even men showed up more courageously
