How we use our body when we talk with either affirm or invalidate the words coming out of our mouth
Notice how the shoulder and head pulled back when I re-enacted his response. That’s his analytical side saying, “Wait, what TF did she just say she was gonna show me?! Not sure if I’m ready to see that.”
Being able to see his embodied response gave me the ability to respond to his truth
