Seeing Truth

I have been gifted with the ability to see truth

The truth of who I am
Who you are
Of where we are as a collective

I realize this is a bold statement
And truth is something I have sought since childhood

It started with feeling the injustices within the home and my powerlessness
Innately innerstanding that what I was experiencing was not love

It carried on into childhood and adult years with my body shouting her discomfort
And at the same time not seeing how to choose differently

It showed up in the inner torment I felt when I acted in ways unloving
In the desire to be in peace, to feel safe and loved

Truth is a felt sense
And the body is pure sensory information
Pure consciousness

What I’ve come to innerstand about truth
Is that she desires to be seen and feltfor all that she is

Her

Don’t shy away if you see something you don’t like, as if it will magically disappear

What is she communicating through the truth of who you are, where you are and what you are experiencing?

Being able to read the intelligible BODY LANGUAGE that is a UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE is THE KEY to seeing your truth, my truth, the collective’s truth

It's not a locked-up secret
It’s an underused language
That happens to be a direct link to your Source about what is true for you
And your roadmap back to your own truth

I will not promise you rose-colored reflections
What I will promise you seeing the truth of who you are

Here’s where I get to brag

While I will never say that all healing is able to be healed in this lifetime,
I will say that in 3 years I completely transformed myself
So much so that I barely recognize that older version

I walked through my own hells, shadows, distortions
Turned it all up, getting to the roots of what was desiring to be felt and seen

There were moments of beauty, joy, feeling alive and revived, inspired
And there were times I was scared and wondering what the fuck I signed up for
