This group has been around for some time now and there is very little to no engagement from most people.
My question to you is why are you here?
The intention of this group is to provide inspiration to do the inner work through bite sized pieces of nourishment.
This group is not the full meal, nor does it even begin to touch the depths of what I’m able to offer.
If people are here to just take and not engage any content or invest in sessions, then I will be removing more people to create the energetic space for the “fuck yes I’m into this and ready to do my work” type of beings.
On that note, I have done an energetic cleanup in here and have removed people who have not even looked at any content for a long time.
If this group goes down to zero and I close it because nobody is engaging or booking soul transformational sessions with me, then so be it.
I’m here to make a holy shift and worldwide impact, not uselessly waste my energy into something that is not actually providing any growth for me or those in here.

Sometimes all we need to hear to encourage us on our healing and whole-ing journey is that what we felt about our experiences is valid.
The beauty of psychosomatics (reading the language of the body), is that it is a mirror reflection from your soul telling you what it's like living YOUR human experience.
All excuses, rose colored glasses, or any other form of gaslighting ourselves out of our lived experience, falls silent as the soul exposes its truth.
See the soul doesn't give one fuck about what anybody else's experience was like, the lies we tell ourselves, or what others tell you your experience was, it will always give you the raw truth.
Why? For the intention of re-membering (putting back together your dismembered pieces) who you are, while guiding you back into alignment with what your soul came her to do, be and express.
It has been a joy to witness Lydia rise in her power over these last couple of years and share the truth of her experience of living with a narcissist.
She is inspiring others to make empowered choices to walk away, and truly love and care for themselves.
