What I am willing to offer is a group session on how to stand and walk in the aligned psychosomatic way.
The beauty of this session is that you will deepen your innerstanding of how to harness and direct the power and love that you are to become your most brilliant, powerful and loving expression.
I will start from the feet and work my way up the body. I'll be sharing what each aligned position is, the power and messages being sent to your body through these alignments, as well as what the misalignments mean, and how they drain your power.
Through this bottom up (starting with our foundation, and working our way up), you'll become aware of which parts of your body are connected to the corresponding energy/chakra centers, as well as the balance/imbalance between the feminine and masculine energies, and become aware of where your body is holding onto subconscious programming that's no longer serving you.
I'll then teach you how to walk the psychosomatic way-which is the most gentle way for your body-and connects you to the earth and your purpose and direction in life.
I'll provide basic exercises you'll be able to practice at home to retrain your body to accept the aligned position, which will deepen the process of bringing your life I to alignment as well!
There will be space for questions and comments, and I'll record the session and send each participant a copy so that you are able to review and study for your own benefit.
I'm asking for a minimum of 5 participants and donations to start at $50 USD/person.
