My pause in sharing updates and posts is because I've chosen to devote a month to self-nourishment as I move through deeper levels of transmuting some deep-seated subconscious programming from experiences I had as a child.
Yes, even as a skilled practitioner with the incredible life I've cultivated for myself, I am continuing to do my own work so that I may show up in an even more loving and powerful way... because I love me, and I love you, and I desire to see this world live from a place of radical love.
Radical love always starts with the self, and then from the abundance of love I have for myself, and from the place of grounded health, I am able to share even more with this world.
I'm currently on sacred Mayan land in Guatemala working with a worldwide respected Mayan elder, as well as some of his trusted companions.
Every day is ceremony here, and we bring our conscious intentions into what we are each choosing to transmute.
Once I'm done with my group journey, I will be experiencing private work with two of them, and then having some solo time to integrate this experience.
This is the path each person must walk to shift the trajectory of their life: consciously choosing to do the work. No one accidentally becomes healed and amazing; it's a daily choice to walk towards the path to our integrated wholeness and vibrant life.
With so much love and gratitude for this life, and for this opportunity that I've created the space to experience.

About 3 years ago I sought out a medicine man to work with to help me reprogram my brain because of the horrendous things I have lived through and how they have affected me on multiple levels. It never materialized, yet I kept praying for someone to come into my life that could guide me through this process.
Fast forward to living in Tulum and my new friends were speaking of a medicine man who was working with some people a friend of mine had been familiar with. I was SHOCKED that this story was coming to me and I knew in my soul that the universe had mentioned this family in particular to give me inspiration that the world IS shifting, people ARE waking up!
I stuck around at a beach party I had no interest in being at because I needed to meet this man. He shows up and I had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions to understand his experience, training, wisdom and so forth. The guy was legit.
I then shared with him some things I was desiring to shift in my own life, a bit apprehensive to share because of the amount of spiritually bypassing comments I had received in the past of, "You got this sister, you have everything you need in you already. You've learned all the tools, now practice them."
If y'all are familiar with me, I have been digging deep and doing my work... AND sometimes guides are necessary when traversing unknown territory.
When I shared, his response was, "Yeah, I can help. You definitely need a guide because we are going into the pit of hell for this. Are you ready?"
Tears welled up in my eyes to finally hear someone tell me the fucken truth that I had felt inside of myself for so long. This isn't a pity story, this is getting real with the places I needed to go within myself in order to transmute the darkness that was still reeking some havoc.
He goes to put his name and number in my phone and says, "I'm already in here!" To both of our surprise, he was the same man I had contact years ago to work with and nothing materialized!
Life is perfect... so perfect. I wasn't ready for him or this work years ago when I had contacted him, and the universe brought us together in Tulum to have in an person conversation, and then together again in Guatemala for a precious 10 day ceremonial experience with the lovely souls pictured here.
One of the things that became clear to me in this ceremonial process is how the rage I have carried inside regarding the things I experienced in life, has literally poisoned me by reeking havoc on my guts, robbing me of sleep, given me challenges in maintaining weight and nourishment, kept my heart contracted and on the defense, and caused harm to those in my life.
So much energy wasted, and it was all burning me from the inside out.
As we were guided through the alleviation process of these toxic and dense emotions, I felt my own spirit call me to presence to release the pain and rage, to be even more vulnerable in this whole-ing process, and to walk in such a way as to cause the least amount of harm to myself and this world.
It also became even more clear how nature, spirits and animals respond to my inner emotional landscape (perhaps for another share). I feel a new sense of holiness and reverence with and for all life, AND just how powerful I am/we are in co-creating reality.
I also feel the increasing chaos we are experiencing in the world is a manifestation of "the powers that be" getting nervous about what's gonna happen when we each decide to face our own shit and turn it around... when we end the wars in ourselves, the wars in the world will also end.
There is no bypassing the darkness to get to the light, we must each face what is in our shadows and lovingly bring them into the light. It ain't always pretty, sometimes these shadows come up kicking and screaming... and yet true compassion is ruthless and cunning in coaxing even the most fearful shadow into the light to be transmuted.
This ceremony isn't over just because we've gone our separate ways back into the lives we are each living, it's just beginning.
